Yoga, San Francisco, Seattle, Creative Flow

Hey loves!

I just got back from an overwhelming weekend in San Francisco with 5 different Master teachers and several amazing strangers that became friends. There is too much to tell, so I put it into a neat little package that’s called 10 Things I Learned:

Read Day One here

Day Two Here

Day Three Here

(elephant journal)

and more thoughts on Shiva Rea’s divine feminine here

(spirituality and health)

Also, you must come hang out with me in February:

I’m doing two
Creative Flow workshops, and one of them is in Seattle
at Maya Whole Health Studios!

There’s going to be a Friday evening Creative Flow Practice, and then a whole afternoon on Saturday where we can really write, write, write. AND there’s even lodging available through the studio if you want to come from out of town and stay!

The Facebook event is here: https://www.facebook.com/events/210208929072653/

And the link to register is here: https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ASP/home.asp?studioid=801

On Sunday, February 5th,

learn to write love letters to your lovers and your livers. We will flow, we will Yin, I’ll read you poetry written by me, Pablo Neruda, Hafiz, and Rumi, and yes, this will be a little bit sexy. We are talking hips, heart, low belly, poetry. You’ve gotta be there. Sharing welcome, but NEVER required! No experience needed.

Preregister and more info here.

And on Sunday, February 12th, there is a JUST poetry/writing workshop that I’m leading with the illustrious Chris Gilpin at East Side Yoga Studio. Learn more about how to supercharge your originality for both writing and performing.
