Vinyasa Flow: This dynamic, hourlong class will get the blood flowing and move the body through a range of postures to stretch, strengthen, and release stress. Moving Meditation Hatha Flow: This is an hourlong Vinyasa class for beginners or people who want to move without stressing out their wrists and arms too much. We move dynamically and focus on the breath, but modifications are given throughout to make the class more or less challenging, depending on what you need that day. Lunar Phase Flow (Waxing Full Moon): This challenging, dynamic 75 minute Vinyasa class works with the moon phases in real time. For the full moon eclipse weekend, we focus on dynamic movement and breath with backbends and heart openers. Details and purchase:
