My classes at Ocean and Crow Yoga run over several weeks at a time. You can register for the full courses or drop in for $23 as long as there’s space–use the schedule to find my class. Summer 2019 session: register before June 15th and save!

  • Summer session only: We will pro-rate the days you will be away for the summer. You can deduct a minimum of 2 weeks and a max of 3 from your summer registration. Email oceanandcrow @ gmail.com with your dates before June 15th to prorate.

 Lunar Phase Flow 
In this class, we practice with the moon cycles in real time and work with the energy of each moon phase through movement practices that nourish that energy. Feel Good Flow: Moving Meditation 
This gentle Flow class will focus on how moving with breath can calm the nervous system. We will explore standing, balancing, and some nice floor stretches with minimal downward dogs. Restorative Yin: Deep Rest, Gentle Stretch
This deeply relaxing class involves longer held poses supported by props. Some of these poses involve a bit of hip opening, backbending, or forward folding, but all gentle stretches.
