Weekly Yoga Classes

Until April 30th:

Sunday at noon: Rest, Heal, Reset: Restorative Yoga  Rest in supported postures to target healing for your nervous system, immune system, digestive function, and sleep patterns.

Monday noon: Vinyasa Flow Move, breathe, stretch, and strengthen with this accessible, all-levels power hour.

Tuesday noon: Feel Good Yoga Gently stretch, strengthen, massage out tight spots, and rest in relaxing positions. The point of this class is to feel good! Great for a wide range of bodies and experience levels.

Tuesday 6pm  Lunar Phase Flow 
In this class, we practice with the moon cycles in real time and work with the energy of each moon phase through movement practices that nourish that energy. A dynamic but accessible practice with a little food for thought.

Wednesday noon Yin Lay back and relax into deep but gentle stretches while calming your mind.

Thursdays at 4:30pm Moving Meditation: Feel Good Flow  
This gentle Flow class will focus on how moving with breath can calm the nervous system. We will explore standing, balancing, and some nice floor stretches with minimal downward dogs. Appropriate for all levels.

Thursdays at 6pm Restorative Yin: Deep Rest, Gentle Stretch
This deeply relaxing class involves longer held poses supported by props. Some of these poses involve a bit of hip opening, backbending, or forward folding, but all gentle stretches. Appropriate for all levels. Pregnancy is fine, just let me know.

Fridays at noon: Gentle Hatha Get moving but gently. Stretch out, gently strengthen, and enjoy an hour of breath and movement .

Friday noon-1pm Moving Meditation Hatha Flow A gentle but dynamic class where we explore a range of postures with our breath. Minimal weight bearing on the hands. Appropriate for beginners.
