Monday noon-1pm: Vinyasa Flow Move, breathe, stretch, and strengthen with this accessible, all-levels power hour.

Tuesday noon-1pm: Feel Good Yoga Gently stretch, strengthen, massage out tight spots, and rest in relaxing positions. The point of this class is to feel good! Great for a wide range of bodies and experience levels.

Tuesday 4:30-5:45 pm Rest, Heal, Reset: Restorative Yoga  Rest in supported postures to target healing for your nervous system, immune system, digestive function, and sleep patterns.

Thursday 4:30-5:45pm  Lunar Phase Flow 
In this class, we practice with the moon cycles in real time and work with the energy of each moon phase through movement practices that nourish that energy. A dynamic but accessible practice with a little food for thought.

Friday noon-1pm Moving Meditation Hatha Flow A gentle but dynamic class where we explore a range of postures with our breath. Minimal weight bearing on the hands. Appropriate for beginners.
