Prenatal Yoga for a Calm, Connected Pregnancy

Prenatal  Yoga at Home

Pregnancy can be wonderful and exciting, but it can also come with a host of anxieties, mood swings, and mental health changes. Yoga can help us calm down, regulate the nervous system, and teach stress management skills that will benefit both parent and baby. Yoga can also ease the aches and pains of pregnancy and help to prepare the body for the birth process.

This downloadable class package includes six video classes (recorded from a live Zoom class) that cover gentle movements, stretching and strengthening appropriate for a pregnant body (and many options to return to postpartum), plus Restorative postures to help with rest and relaxation along with a specific focus on pelvic floor and low back health. Each class also addresses the underlying mental and emotional aspects of pregnancy so you can have a calm, connected pregnancy.

When you purchase the package, you will be sent a link on Dropbox within 24 hours. From there you can download the classes and keep them forever. You can do them in order or pick and choose according to what you need that day. All you need is a yoga mat, a space to practice, and a few props you can gather from the house if you don’t have specific yoga props. Appropriate for any trimester. Beginners welcome. Check with your practitioner before you start a yoga practice to make sure it’s safe for your body.
