Moon Ritual and Yoga Practice–Live Online starting April 10th

Moon Ritual and Yoga Practice

Yes, it’s true, I’m finally back to teaching 4 months after having my baby! I’m very excited to be offering a gentle, self-reflective practice for each new moon and full moon. Practice will be the Saturday before the moon itself and will be provided in circle, so there will be a chance to share if you want to. Recordings will be available for those who can’t make it or who prefer to practice on the moon day itself.

Each new moon represents a new beginning. It is a chance to slow down and set your intentions for the coming cycle–and this is even more powerful when done within a circle. Join Julie Peters for a gentle, slow yoga practice (mostly restful Yin and Restorative postures) followed by meditation, journaling, and optional sharing at the end. Connect with your heart, your body, your spirit, and your community as you pause to reflect with the new moon.

This practice is offered at noon on the Saturday before the moon itself. You are welcome to attend live or to watch the recording at your own pace anytime within the “moon week.”

$20+tax. Complimentary for Unlimited members at Ocean and Crow (sign in as you usually would for class).
