Are you struggling to make a life decision? Does stress sometimes overwhelm you? Would you like to get better at listening to the intuition in your body, and deepening your relationship with yourself as well as other people?
Having someone there to support you and help you navigate your mental and emotional self can be hugely useful for navigating life changes and developing new skills in your relationship with yourself and others. Mindfulness can help us feel calmer, more connected to ourselves and others, and more able to see the difference between what we think we should feel and what we really do feel. This helps us trust ourselves better and make courageous choices towards the life we really want to be living–and still love and accept ourselves when everything falls apart. Emotional wellness guidance is a form of emotional support that uses tools from yoga philosophy and meditation as well as Western modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy to help build your confidence, self-trust, emotional intelligence, and relationships with others.
