I teach courses in sessions of around 6 weeks at my studio on Commercial Drive. You can drop in anytime, or register for a full course. See details here.
Private sessions with Julie to work on any aspects of your yoga teaching that you would like to address, including sequencing, voice, confidence, hands-on assists, self-care, or whatever else you’d like one-on-one help with. $108 plus tax per session; a minimum of four sessions is recommended. Private Sessions for Yoga, Stress Management, or Emotional Wellness:
One-on-one sessions with Julie to help you with any of the following:
- Advance your yoga practice by working closely with Julie on your particular body and your individual practice goals
- Learn take-home tips and sequences to address specific issues like back pain
- Learn techniques for daily stress management to better handle the inevitable ups and downs of life. This could include yoga, meditation techniques, journaling, or other techniques for emotional and mental wellness
$108/session for an hour or $125/session plus tax for 90 minutes. Session plans can be created according to your individual needs and goals. Email julie @ oceanandcrow.ca for more information. An email exchange or complimentary consultation may be included to ensure a good fit.
